Research Activities:

My laboratory is principally involved in examining the interaction of small molecules with proteins. This is done using a variety of biophysical methods, primarily NMR spectroscopy. Projects involve determining protein structure and dynamics and their relationship to biological activity, determining the structural basis for drug protein interactions and screening of small molecule fragments to identify novel lead compounds.
